I am a Chartered Engineer with 35 years post graduate experience, including senior operational and business management roles. I have specialised in the delivery of infrastructure projects for the last 25 years with a particular emphasis on performance based contracts and asset management. I have also lead and written numerous major bids.
I have particular interest in supporting clients to drive change in their business and in how projects are delivered.
My approach is very much hands on, with a commitment to getting the job done. I adapt my input to my clients' requirements; with the flexibility to collocate with client teams where required.
